Is there a minimum number of guests required to book a wedding?
We require a minimum of 120 guests for Saturday weddings during the wedding season. There is no minimum required for Friday or Sunday weddings.
Do you cater multiple weddings at the same time?
We only cater one wedding at a time and are committed to providing the individualized attention you deserve on your special day.
Can you accommodate wedding ceremonies at your facility?
The grounds of the Old Field Club offer a perfect setting for your wedding ceremony. Our waterfront location provides a beautiful and tranquil backdrop for you to exchange your vows.
Do you have flexible start times available for wedding receptions?
Because we cater only one wedding at a time, we are usually able to offer our facility
at any time that works with your schedule. Please note that during the summer months,
we may schedule two weddings on Saturdays -
What if we have guests with special dietary needs?
Our culinary trained chefs will be happy to make any necessary adjustments to our cuisine to ensure that dietary restrictions are adhered to.
Can you help with selecting florists, photographers and other services needed for
our wedding day?
We will be happy to provide you with a list of recommended vendors
for every type of wedding service and are delighted to be your resource during the
entire process of planning your wedding.
